Elliot Whieldon

Elliot is the principal of Evolution Legal. Elliot specialises in commercial and property transactions as well as being vastly experienced in family law and estate matters.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.

Elliot has lived on the Gold Coast since 1984 and attended school and university here. Elliot is passionate about being part of a thriving Gold Coast community and assisting his clients to evolve. In his spare time Elliot enjoys cooking, long lunches with friends and racing his much beloved motorcycles.

Jordan-Lee Whieldon

Conveyancer

Jordan is a conveyancing paralegal practicing in Queensland property transactions. Jordan has experience in residential and commercial property transactions as well as business sales and purchases. Jordan is a friendly, astute and enthusiastic member of our team, with excellent attention to detail. She is only too willing to assist clients with any enquiries and general advice regarding her area of expertise. Jordan’s strength  is assisting her clients through the minefield that can be in those residential and commercial property transactions.

Jordan is currently studying an Associate Degree in Law as well as commencing studies to become a Commissioner of Declarations with the Department of Justice and Attorney General.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys spending quality time with her partner and young family and making the most of the the fantastic outdoor activities that South East Queensland has to offer.
