Under Queensland’s recent update to the property disclosure laws, sellers of residential property are generally required to provide buyers with a completed Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement before a contract is signed. The disclosure statement contains important information about the property and must be accompanied by prescribed certificates and searches.
